A note from our founder

Hi Friend,

I, and many of my clients have been where you are - wanting to get fitter and stronger, while dreading the journey ahead.

So many of us have had terrible experiences with fitness that it’s robbed us of the one thing that colours our whole lives - our relationship with ourselves.

In my more than 17 years of working closely with women, I know one thing for sure - you can’t out train a critical brain, or feel good in a body you neglect.

You need to work on both!

 You need a holistic approach…

+ that helps you build a stronger body and a kinder inner voice, so you learn to build yourself up, not tear yourself down.
 
+ when time is so limited, you need a holistic fitness programme that gets you the results you want (not a hodgepodge mash of random workouts).

+ and most importantly, in a world so starved of connection, you need to surround yourself with people who you feel aligned with. To use popular language, you need a tribe!
