If you're new to exercise, have a busy schedule or just want to lift weights once a week, UNO is for you. You’ll gradually build your confidence and strength. If and when you feel ready, you can always graduate to more sessions.

Really loved the studio and how much attention and care is given to everyone in the class. Felt super encouraged not just by the trainer but also by the other girls in the class - apart from building strength I also loved the corrections given on our form so we don’t injure ourselves when training.

Everything in our studio is designed to help you feel comfortable while you build your confidence.
Even our mirrors are sunken in so you won’t be able to see your neighbours and they won’t be able to see you. That way, you get to enjoy the camaraderie of working out in a group, without comparing yourself or your body to anyone else.
