THE WHY?
If we’ve not met yet, I’m Nikkita, the Founder of FOUND. Having worked as a personal trainer for 17 years, and a psychotherapist for 5, I’m no stranger to a heavy workload (one that often takes up more of my life than I like to admit). Absolutely. Found was designed to help women feel safe and supported while working out - no matter what your fitness level or experience. We tailor everything to your body to ensure you won’t get overwhelmed or injured.

No, we will match you up with another member, unless you already have a friend who would like to join this programme.

This programme is based on 2 weekly sessions on Tuesday & Thursday. If you would like to join our other classes you can do that too.

We will create a specific ‘on-the-go’ programme for you while you’re away so you can learn how to support your body, especially when you’re travelling.

Yes, although we do this by understanding and transforming your relationship with food, stress and your body. You won’t get a strict meal plan or have your body measured. Instead, we will work with you during an initial 1:1 consultation and decide the best course of action for you.
